My recent stay included an exquisite suite with breathtaking ocean views and a rejuvenating jacuzzi. The warm pools were a delight, and the dining experiences—especially at the Michelin-starred El Rincon de Juan Carlos—left us enchanted. Attentive staff made our stay memorable, ensuring a tranquil, adults-only environment perfect for relaxation.

The Royal in Costa Adeje impressed me with its stunning design. The Junior Suite with Front Sea View provided breathtaking ocean views. I loved the personalized service. the attentive staff went above and beyond, especially during breakfast. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, offering a vast selection that catered to every taste. I'm glad the hotel had a rooftop infinity pool. it was serene and offered a perfect spot to unwind. However, I faced some challenges with service consistency. Occasionally, the ordering system for drinks at the pool was slow. It would take longer than expected for drinks to arrive. Also, I noticed some inconsistencies in the room cleaning schedule. Sometimes rooms were cleaned later in the day than anticipated. I'd appreciate if they could improve on these aspects. Despite the minor hiccups, the overall experience was delightful, and I look forward to a return visit, ideally when the service issues have been addressed.

I loved that the beach was just a 500-meter walk away, and there were incredible dining options like the San Ho Restaurant just around the corner, creating the perfect backdrop for my weekend adventure. the room was spacious and immaculate, making my stay more enjoyable.

I faced significant issues during my stay. The lack of communication about the restaurant themes left me disappointed. I missed out on trying the Mexican buffet because I didn’t know it was available. Additionally, the limited lounge space was frustrating during the storms, as there was no comfortable area to relax inside. Overall, I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.

Our anniversary stay here was incredible. The luxurious junior suite with an ocean view was the highlight, providing a beautiful backdrop for our romantic getaway. Enjoying the fantastic breakfast at NAO was a perfect start to our day, and the infinity pool was a serene place to unwind. The staff went above and beyond, especially Guillermo at reception, who was instrumental in making our stay feel truly special. We'll definitely return for another relaxing retreat.

Had an amazing time with friends! We tried deep-sea fishing and loved catching fresh tuna. The culinary workshops were a highlight too. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. Be sure to check out the excursions to beautiful spots in Lanzarote for some memorable views.

One downside was that the air conditioning in our room was a bit loud, which affected our sleep at times.

The room was super spacious with a big private terrace overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was a feast with fresh pastries and a ton of options. Tons of pools to choose from, especially loved the rooftop one for its views. The spa had amazing treatments that really helped me unwind. Staff were so friendly and the service was top-notch all around.
